Since we customize products as per customer's requirement and body fitting, the chances of returns are less. how ever below are the rules if there is any chance of your return.
Returns are only applicable on ready-to-wear and block size products. You can return unopened items in the original packaging with a receipt or proof of purchase within 7 days of your purchase. 25% deduction is mandatory in case of return.
Note : We do not accept returns or refunds on custom orders as the product is made to the customer's individual requirements. Before shipping we schedule a video call if the customer wants to see the finished product. We do not ship products unless customers give us permission. All shipping charges in case of exchange or return will be paid by the customer.
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
